We sell physical books and may offer digital products (including eBooks or downloadable materials).

Some books are sold directly via this website. Others may link to third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon). Prices may vary across retailers and stores.

All physical book orders placed directly on this website are fulfilled by IngramSpark or the relevant third-party distributor.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Update product descriptions at any time

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely via:

  • PayPal

  • Squarespace Payments

We do not store credit card details.

Prices may change without notice.

4. Shipping and Fulfilment

All direct physical orders are fulfilled by IngramSpark or a nominated distributor.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and distributor performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, distributors, or third-party retailers.

5. Refunds and Returns

We offer refunds or replacements in cases including:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged item received

  • Order issues

You must notify us within a reasonable timeframe of receiving the product.

For purchases made through third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon), their return policies apply.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party nominated by you) receive the goods.

If you cancel within this period:

  • You must return the goods in their original condition.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • We will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs unless required by law) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

This right does not apply to:

  • Personalised items

  • Digital downloads once access has been provided (where you have consented to immediate supply)

This clause does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Digital Products

If digital products (eBooks, downloads, PDFs) are purchased:

  • They are licensed for personal use only.

  • They must not be reproduced, shared, resold, or redistributed.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this website — including text, book covers, artwork, branding, and images — is the intellectual property of Sarah Martin Books unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without written permission.
